Returns & Changes in Order Policies

Returns Policy

 

NAT-TS is an e-commerce store. Our designs are printed on the Products we have sourced by third-party print providers. All Products are produced (printed) only once ordered by a customer.

 

If a Product arrives damaged or flawed due to a manufacturing error, or is the wrong size, or has other obvious errors, we will happily offer a refund or replacement (including shipping) of the Product. To do so, you must contact us in writing within 21 days of the damaged Product's delivery, and provide us with photo evidence of the damaged/flawed Product.

 

A Product has a manufacturing error when a reasonable consumer would not have bought the Product had they known about the error and/or the Product is significantly different from the description, images or demonstration model shown.

 

Depending on the screen (colour mode/brightness/saturation/contrast/etc) you use to view the Site, the colours of products as displayed may not constitute an accurate depiction of the true colour of the item. A perceived variation in shade of colour does not constitute a manufacturing or shipment error. An obvious error in design or Product colour will be entitled to a refund or replacement, as set out in this Policy.

 

Replacements can only be processed for the Product originally ordered and only if the Product is still available. If the Product is not available, a refund will be offered.

 

If the Product arrives at your specified address, in good condition, in the size that you ordered, and possesses no production errors, it’s unlikely that a refund, replacement, or other consideration will be offered.

Refunds for faulty or damaged items will be processed via the same payment method as the original payment. Where the original payment method is no longer available, we may issue a refund via alternative method (where possible).

 

As Products are printed on demand, we do not require customers to return any items.

 

 

Change and Cancellation of Order Policy

 

An order at NAT-TS can only be changed or cancelled if the order has not yet been sent to production. If a change in, or cancellation of, an order is requested after an item is already in production, data and money have already been transferred to the print provider. At this point, it is unlikely that a change or cancellation is possible.

 

Orders at NAT-TS are typically sent to production within 24 hours of payment. We will do our best to accommodate change and cancellation requests, but will be unable to fulfil requests made after the order has been sent to production.

 

 

Modifications

 

We may at any time and with no notice amend these Returns and Changes in Order Policies. Continued use of the Site will be taken as your acceptance of those changes. The date these Returns and Changes in Order Policies were last updated is posted at the bottom of this page.
